Forward Kace ticket number to new email
I have a vendor who sends in tickets. Their email is growfinancial+autoreply@talent.icims.com the reply goes to a dead space. I want this ticket that is created to go to HR@growfinancial.org. How can I create a rule so it says when ticket comes in from XXX send email to XXX. or can I say when email comes in from XXX.com change it to user ABC.com

You have some choices, I assume that the outgoing email is associated with a user ID created in your SMA as is probably the incoming email.
Simply set a ticket rule that is run on ticket save that selects the ticket when HD_TICKET.HD_SUBMITTER = unwanted email ID then set HD_TICKET.HD_SUBMITTER = wanted email ID and then emails will go to the correct email.
