Hi,

I keep getting this error message when Im trying to cutomize language pack for Office 2010. Failed to get available updates and I get this error message when trying to create msp for Language Pack. I read somewhere that the laguage pack had to be in the same directory as the source files and so I copied Language Pack over to Office 2010 source dir but I would still get the same error message.

Then I took a look at the log file and this is what it says: Error: Unexpected MSI query product info result ErrorCode: 1605(0x645). I ran a seach on that error number but the only thing I can find are generic answers not related to my issue.

Has that ever happened to someone before? Any ideas!!
