You can do something similar with the report wizard:

Title and Topic - Give it a title

    Category - Hardware

    Topic - Device

Fields to Display

    Device - check System Name

    User information - check User Logged (if you want this info)

    Manufacturer and Bios info - check Chassis Type, System Manufacturer, System Model

(You can choose Processor, memory, drive info and such as well.)

Column Order - (what works for you, but I have the following:)

    System Name

    System Manufacturer

    System Model

    Chassis Type

    User Logged

Sort and Breaks

    Chassis Type - Ascending

    System Manufacturer - Ascending

    System Model - Ascending
