Help with MSI (Microsoft Installer) error 1704: An install for [2] is currently suspended. You must undo the changes made by that install to continue. Do you want to undo those changes?

One reason this can occur, is if you do not restart your computer when a previous setup prompted you to. Reboot, to ensure this is not your issue.
