Error 1911 can also be caused by missing dependencies, locale-specific components, corrupted object files, and other COM problems. This error appears as a kind of catch-all message for several problems revolving around COM registration.
If you are authoring an MSI, try unregistering the components before you build your MSI.
Additionally, this behavior can occur when your computer's CD-ROM drive or DVD-ROM drive reads data too quickly for the computer to process.
