When you are uninstalling a program, this error could be caused because the service '[2]' is running or not completly stopped (this was my case). To solve this error you can go to the Local Services (Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services) and look for the service [2] in the list. In the list, you must be able to see if the service [2] you are looking for is Automatic or Manual; you must change the service to Manual. Restart your OS and try again to uninstall the program that you were uninstalling.YOU MUST BE CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT SERVICE YOU ARE CHANGING FROM AUTOMATIC TO MANUAL, BECAUSE THIS CHANGE STOPS THE SERVICES THAT WILL BE RUNNING WHEN THE OS BOOTS.
