Where [2] identifies the folder that the MSI could not remove. This may be due to security restrictions, but in most cases this is a result of a locked or corrupt file in the directory. Attempt to remove the directory manually for a more verbose error message.
This may be home to a service that is running, or an active data/log file. Although a setup will normally handle this for you, be certian to close any related process prior to installing/uninstalling your package.
If you are developing a MSI setup that is reporting this error, ensure you have stopped any services that may be running a file from this directory. Additionally, running a custom action that is home to the identified directory may also be a cause for error.
