Help with packaging Sun Java 2 SDK 1.4

Please share some notes if you have successfully deploy Sun Java 2 SDK 1.4 in an unattended mode. I have searched and found no support switches. Should I do a setup capture? I know it's risky. Mucho Thanks.

Here's an article for the 1.5 version of the software - if you haven't already tried, might be worth a go with the same qualifiers for v1.4 (?)
