How to add a site to trusted site in IE
I have a couple of websites that I have to add em up to trusted sites. I may have to do it in script. Please help.

Well... there's this nice resource called Google. I'd recommend that you try it sometime. Sarcasm aside, I'd recommend you do this through group policy. Directions for Server 2008 can be found here: http://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/show/325-deploy-ie-trusted-sites-through-group-policy-2008
If you absolutely must use a script to do this than I recommend using the microsoft script found here: http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/scriptcenter/Add-trusted-sites-to-IE-6be1c7fc
