How to disable first start Welcome message and opening Internet Explorer

Hi all,
how to prevent the "Welcome screen" and opening the internet explorer? I don't have any registry keys under HCU. Only HKLM and HKEY Users.

As ever, use your favourite, lightweight snapshotting tool to perform 'Before' and 'After' snapshots and compare the two. You then add the *relevant* stuff contained therein to your deployment package.

Try it a snapshot before and after first time launching and wondering how many keys are there .. I find it out myself!
