some of the settings that could be done through IEM are no longer available in IE 10, such as the setting to replace the standard IE logos in the upper right corner with your own custom logo.

These values are stored in the user registry. You can set the name of your organisation through the registry or via Group Policy. Have you tried configuring with the IEAK ?
