In the sequencer, under the Deployment tab, unchecking Enforce Security Descriptors will make you virtually administrator in the bubble. There should be no need to launch an app with run-as.

The client requirement is mentioned below which in turn enables the run-as option.

• Right-click the shortcut and select Properties.
• Click the Advanced Button.
• Tick Run with different credentials and then click OK.
• Click OK.

What kind of application is that? Why would it need those credentials?
Isn't there some way to grant users access to the app? Like some backend with Windows Authentication?

If not, and the run-as is really what you need, I suppose you could try to edit the following in the OSD:

FILENAME="%windir%\system32\runas.exe“ PARAMETERS=“<any parameters you want to give runas.exe, like at the very least the original value of FILENAME>”
