How to modify K1000 Helpdesk variables
Hi,
I'm using the K1000 but in a french canadian enterprise. When the users get alerted by email about some modifications made on their tickets, I use the variable $change_desc so they can see the modifications.
The thing is that this variable shows the modifications in english.
Example of the use of $change_desc:
Is it possible to modify the variable $change_desc ?

Hi, I think there's no french version for the 6.4 version of the box. But it's ok. I'll deal with the english message. - dccadieux 8 years ago
