How to run a CA in both InstallUISequence and InstallExecuteSequence tables

i'm trying to execute the CA in both InstallUISequence and InstallExecuteSequence tables but the CA is
execute only in the InstallExecuteSequence table only tell me how to resolve this ...kindly guige me...

Since you have the ability to type, you are clearly able to read. Why then have you not read the dozens and dozens and dozens of responses here which tell you to help yourself FIRST and THEN come to AD for guidance?
