How to deploy SharePoint WSP using Powershell InstallShield?

I am new to InstallSheild --i need to deploy sharepoint wsp with powershell script using Installsheild,

i am failed with some custom actions and sequence settings.

i taken that powershell script(wspdeploye.ps1) then -in installsheild using Basi MSI project -->

Custom action-->new powershell script--> Install with Product.

i assign that script to --> Powershell Script Filekey : wsedeploye.ps1.

then i build---->run. but wsp is not deployed.

How to run powershell Script using installsheild 2013?
