Follow the instruction given in the below link..
- Close all browsers, cmd windows
- Start Sequencer and begin monitoring
- Open command prompt as administrator
- run C:\<whatever>\GoogleEarthWin.exe /a
- Install to the Q:\<your-folder> location
- Disable automatic updates and metrics
- Launch after install - set your fave location
- Exit Google Earth
- Create a shortcut in Start Menu->Programs ; It has been noticed that Google Earth did NOT create a Start Menu shortcut
- Test Launch
- Uncheck "Enforce Security Descriptors"
- Save - Publish

It should be no different than any other application to virtualize.
