How to uninstall Fujifilm's application software "RAW File Converter EX" on WIndows 7 64-bit?

I tried uninstalling RAW file converter EX powered by Silkypix 3.2.11.1 from windows-7 (64 bit), by going into "control panel", but Windows won't uninstall it. The program is still perfectly functioning (I can still start it) and it doesn't allow me to update (install) to a newer release of the program. 

I tried to uninstall the program once more from "control panel", with no success. Has anybody else had the same problem?
