how to update Windows 7 ?

Hi All

I am in need to update windows 7 . I downloaded required updates from microsoft download center. How to do it by creating batch/patch file? i downloaded .msu file.

Any suggestions much appreciated .

Are you patching from the K1000? Is so that will be different.
