Are you trying to virtualize DM? We gave up on it and put it into our core image but we are still having a mystery problem with Adobe Acrobat. If DM opens a PDF the virtual Adobe launches but then says the file isn't found yet it's displaying the PDF. Launch PDFs using the launch method outside of DM and the PDFs open no problem.

Well I will tell you where we are with it. We left DM in the base because of how it hooks into the explorer shell making it impossible to fully virtualize. We have an issue with Adobe Reader 8 launching PDFs correctly when called from DM with a "file not found error" even though the PDF is open underneath the error message. The other issue we had was if we had Office virtual the DM template document was causing word to take 40 seconds to open. MS looked at that specific issue and said that they see the issue but wouldn't be fixing it.
