Have you tried using the %COMPUTERNAME% variable?

You may need to find out where the ComputerName is stored in the application (registry, ini, XML) and put a script in to modify that value with the ComputerName of the target machine as a post install step.

A script could be used to launch the installer, and then apply the ComputerName configuration after the installation completes.
