I think u need to follow the other posts. create an msi to the offiline installer and then try to push that with the setting made by reconfiguring the .cfg file and the local-settings.js. And if you want to add addons and stuff like that add those xpi files into C:\program files\Mozilla Firefox\default\ and then  u r done. you can even set the homepage and stuff liek that too.

Err, we're not here to do your job...

But in summary

• You should leave the import prompt, not all users would like to do this. Unless you are advised by management to force it import.
  
  
• If you where to Import bookmarks, I think it would be quite hard because I know FF creates a folder for the FF profile based on random chars, you would need some fancy scripting foo here.
  You should be able to supress the import, then trigger the script to copy bits across.
  
  
• In regards to the homepage, you should do this via GPO if you are running a Windows system, have a look at this http://gpofirefox.sourceforge.net/
  If you are not in a domain, then you need to use scripting.
