Solving ICE errors
Is there any easy way to solve ICE errors and what we have to do first if any ICE error occurs?

As jagadeish mentioned in above answer , the doc file gets you through most of them but there are some like ICE 23 that requires you to manually solve the goof up in control table, ICE 77.Also ICE 82 warnings which are mostly ignored but can be fixed. so precisely speaking there is no simple way to handle it. with experience you will come to know how to handle them.
