IE 11 setting for KACE admin GUI

Any one can help me out to do the security settings for IE 11 to do ping, RDP.

IE doesn't care about PING or RDP. Your firewall, however, probably cares a great deal. Start there.

If you are using the hotfix version of 6.3, there is currently a defect that causes machine actions not to work. There should be an update to fix this soon.
I don't know if there are any differences, but this is the official support document to check IE settings: https://support.software.dell.com/kb/111251
I'd suggest opening a support ticket so that the issue can be looked at to confirm.
