installing features on demand
hi guys,
i want to create a mst file that will install up to 3 features depending on the properties of the command line.
here's what i have so far;
i've created a mst file with 3 sub-features, under the main feature. each of these features have a shortcut & a config file. i have created a condition for those features to be installed, like the first feature is called ProductionFiles and the condition is ProdFile=1.
after that, i've changed the install level so the main feature is 1 and all others 50.
when i try the mst, all the features are installed. i thought that running the mst file without properties would install only the main feature, without the other ones.
where can i find some information on how to create features this way?
thanks!
