InstallShield 11 Question

We are using InstallShield 11. Using this tool I navigate to: Installation Designer\Application Data\Files and Folders. Then, I navigate to Destination Computer's Folders. There, under Windows I create a new folder called BUILD. I compile the script and run it and the c:\windows\Build folder does Not get created. Why not? I've also noticed the same behavior when I try to create a registry key. At runtime the registry keys never get created. Any help would be great. Thanks.

if the folder is empty you need to add an entry into the createfolder table.

this would of course be pretty obvious if you validated your msi's. One assumes you are not doing that.

I am using InstallScript so it is Not an .MSI. So no, I am not vaildating them and there is no CreateFolder table, since its a Script. I do run it through the BUILD tool and create a stand alone .EXE though and it compiles fine. It just won't create the folder.
