I did system search for the rgistry. I then created a Costum action Set Directory
Directory= INSTALLDIR
Directory value = System search variable [wwwwww]Plug_ins

I'm getting Internal error 2732
any ideas?
Thanks

Can someone tell me if I can set INSTALLDIR in MSI script to two different paths. The problem is like this. I do system search, get the value of both paths and then in msi scrip i try to set directory to returned path search\Plug_ins and add the files. the reason for this is because Adobe Acrobat 6.0 and Adobe Acrobat 7.0 on a system but not all systems have Adobe Acrobat 7.0

so I
set directory INSTALLDIR to{blabla}\Plug_ins
Set directory INSTALLDIR to {alkdjalj}\Plug_ins

only one value gets the file

You can only set one value for a directory.

You must end a directory path with a trailing backslash
Directory value = System search variable [wwwwww]Plug_ins\

Actually I found the Solution, the Costum Actiom Should be in "CostInitiolize"

Great that you found a solution.
However; you still need to end a directory entry path with a trailing backslash (\) when using a Set Directory custom action.

You mean it should be after the built-in CostInitialize action, not 'in'.
