Does anyone know how long a computer will stay in the asset portion of KACE?
I know after 45 days they lose their agent so it does not show up in the inventory section.
Also, does anyone know why the system will delete devices randomly?

The system keeps things in the asset portion indefinitely until someone physically deletes it.
As far as the system deleting devices randomly - I would call support and troubleshoot with them - sounds like something wrong with the DB

Go to Inventory| Devices | <Choose Action> |MIA Settings.
Since it is 45 days after the last check in I assume your company has enabled the MIA Settings for 45 days to delete the devices automaticly.
