Issue with custom action failing (1722) during install when the App V 4.6 flat sequencer is running. Installs fine when not trying to sequence

OpenText Exceed powersuite 14

Custom action issue durring sequencing and only while sequencing. Custom action fails with 1722.

PCA_NFSClient_Client 3090 F6281_ca_nfsc.exe INSTALL UserSID=[UserSID] {INSTALLED=[Installed]}

The above is cut direct from the custom action table.

Any ideas Guys
