Issues with Microsft Sequencer 4.5 while sequencing Excel addin application

Hi all, I am trying to sequence an application having an excel addin going into C:\Program Files\{Appdir}\ and the addin is copied to users Appdata folder and launching from that folder.
When I try to launch Excel in monitoring phase, excel is crashing with "excel encountered an error and need to close" error. The application is a vendor MSI and it is working fine when installed in test machine.
The dependency for this app is java 1.6.0. I have included two scripts, one for launching different versions of excel and one for creating open keys.
I am using Excel 2007 and MAV 4.5 beta. I am confused as addin is not launching in monitoring phase itself.
Can someone can me to solve this issue?
Thanks very much

What's your baseline system contain? Do you have Office 2007 & Java 1.6 locally installed or are you virtually suiting these together?

Hi,

I have installed Office 2007 and Java 1.6 installed locally in my base machine.
I am installing only the MSI containing excel addin importing a digital signature certificate during monitoring.

The application name is Reuters Trader.

Thank you

while launching ,Might be the excel add-in is using the references from the java classes, please check the valid folder path for the javac.exe file in the ENV section.
