Java ie issue with app-v 5.1
We have sequenced Java 6 along with our package.... When we deploy this package... Normal ie launch for any Java related website is not detecting local Java 8 and trying to download Java setup.and running it. any suggestions???
But when we unpublish our package...then it is detecting the local version

I would check if it is caused by one of the registered extensions (I bet .JNLP). Try to remove all File Type Associations in the 'Shortcuts and FTAs' tab and test the package.
I'm assuming that you are not using any custom scripts nor RunVirtual registry entry to link some AppV packages (connection groups) with the IE...
