K1000 - Download Location
I found a video that says that the program.zip should be downloaded into c:\program files\kace\download.
I have checked and can not see this folder.
Can anyone confirm if it has been moved?

I think you may have missed something. The download path would be one of:
c:\program files\kace\kbox\downloads
c:\documents and settings\all users\dell\kace\downloads
c:\programdata\dell\kace\downloads
c:\program files\kace\kbox\downloads
c:\documents and settings\all users\dell\kace\downloads
c:\programdata\dell\kace\downloads
