K2000 driver feed error code 403
Hi everyone,
So I placed a ticket with KACE to try and tackle this problem with no response. Before I shoot one back to them I was wondering if IT Ninja may help. Has anyone had this issue with the driver feed not wanting to download and install drivers for every type of machine? The error code states Error: Unexpected status code when downloading package (403). I looked around previously and I had gotten hints that it could be the firewall. I got with my systems admin and he opened everything required including information from Dells KACE site regarding ports and sites to open up on the firewall. It still did not resolve the issue. If anyone knows how to fix it or may have some ideas please let me know. Also attached is a picture of the problem. Thanks a bunch!

Sorry the screenshot didn't come out like I needed it, but hopefully it still provides as somewhat of a visual aide. - Nithilium 10 years ago

Ok thanks cserrins. I have initiated a conversation with my KACE Sales Rep. Hopefully this can be resolved shortly and doesn't end up being something more complicated. - Nithilium 10 years ago

FYI, if you had run the K2 Advisor, http://www.itninja.com/blog/view/k2-advisor, it would have shown the error and pointed directly to that KB. Gives a nice report of the K2 overall status. - cserrins 10 years ago
