kace 1000, new pc software distribution...some programs are being installed, then later uninstalled? Huh?

I have the distribution set to install the latest version of acrobat reader and our AV software.  It installed both, but an hour later, they were both gone.  I'm guessing this is a newbie mistake.  I'm wondering if it's because I have Max Attempts as higher than 1.  That doesn't make much sense to me, but if it has to be, I can live with it.

I do have a script (unscheduled) to install some of the older versions of Reader, but those are by registry keys and I'm going to assume the new version has a different key.  I have no scripts uninstalling antivirus, so I tend to discount competing scripts for that reason as well.

Thanks in advance! :)

Check to see if your patches are possible causing a conflict. If the adobe version gets patched, the distro will try to reinstall the adobe software and possible cause the error.

Is this vista or win 7, almost sounds like the system did a recovery and rolled back prior to the install.  Check your system logs to see if this what happened
