KACE 1100 Service Desk - Processes - how to allow Submitters to see the work requests created?

Hi,

 

We have a main queue for our call center. We were taught to create queues to create processes:  one queue is the parent /main form in the process and the other queues are the child work request forms.  Now when a submitter fills out this form in a process, they are unable to view the work requests created for this process because they only have visibility in to the Call Center queue - so when they say view all work requests, it defaults to the Call Center queue only - of course they are only seeing the work requests they submitted, but the work requests submitted using the Process are not visible.  What do we need to do to make these work requests create with a process visible to the submitter in their list of work requests - all "view all queues" then All Work requests - but only for this submitter.

 

HELP!!!!

Maybe I am not understanding fully but the sumbitter of the process should able to see all the children ticket associated with it within the parent ticket they opened. 

You are wanting them to see tickets in other queues that they don't have access to?
