KACE Agent detected...cannot complete Sysprep

  • I have stopped AMP*.* services in Task Manager and ran "AMPTools.exe uninstall all-kuid". But "Fix Issues" loops. - CGonza 6 years ago
    • If you removed the KACE agent properly, there is no need to stop those services...

      Better restart the device, and run the uninstall command again, without stopping the services, the Uninstall command should take care of that. - Channeler 6 years ago
  • RESOLVED. Thank you...I stopped the 2 Amp*.* services with Task Manager and then went to C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\KACE in the Command Prompt (Admin) and ran AMPTools.exe uninstall all-kuid to stop.
    Sysprep Executor completed.services. I'm wondering running the command in the Command Prompt at an elevated Admin level was the key. - CGonza 6 years ago
