KACE inventory issue Big Sur
Hi,
We are having problem with KACE Agent 11.0 and higher not working on macOS Big Sur. The device connects to the KACE SMA appliance and shows up as online but the inventory function doesn't run at all (It works on Catalina but not on Big Sur) and for some reasons installing the unsupported version 10 seems to fix the issue on some devices only.
We had a similar issue with Catalina two years ago but it turns out to be caused by changing the Agent Alert Logo which we have since removed and never used it again.
Anyone else is having a similar problem or knows a workaround?
