Kace SMA not tracking RAM changes
Hello,
We're in the process of moving our devices from an older SMA server to a new one. We decided to configure the new one from scratch and everything is working well so far. One thing we noticed recently was that the new server wasn't logging RAM changes in the Hardware section under Show Changes. The RAM Used amount changes, but the change isn't being logged. It is being logged on our old server. The old server is running version 11.1.264 and the new server is running version 13.0.383. Is this something that got deprecated with an update or is there some configuration I'm missing to enable this logging?

checked with 13.1: shows the changes as you want it.
Likely you need to subscribe the changes under Settings | History.
Thank you, Nico. We upgraded the server and agents to 13.1 and I found the RAM Used checkbox under Settings > History > Subscriptions > Assets > Device. All is working now.
