Systems Management

Good morning everyone,

Currently, we have an SMA that only works within our network. Due to COVID-19 (like everyone else in the world) alot of our users are working from home. We have checked out tons and tons of laptops, but would still like to be able to manage them even though they are not on our campuses. My question is, if we make the SMA outward facing, would this provide us with the ability to push managed installs and scripts to our laptops at a users home?
