My agents are going offline when I update them and can't seem to get them back online without going back to 8.

Working well for us. The new features we like are the KACE GO App view enhancements and HP and Lenovo warranty in inventory. They've re-enabled a system tray icon but you can disable it (we have). One bug we noticed is that any SQL queries that use a field “User” without enclosing it in backticks ( ` ) will cause the value of user to be “R1@localhost” since “User” is a reserved word in SQL.
