KBOX - Service Desk Archive error
Hello,
We have an administrator here that is receiving the following error when trying to access the Service Desk archive and have been unable to find addition support to resolve this issue in any documentation or KB article. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be appreciated as we are not able to delete and recreate the account due to auditing reasons.
Brief history: Admin was running a search in the archive and when the page went to reset, they received this error and has continued to receive it ever since that day. Other administrators have no issue accessing the archive.

So if you logout and login again and then before running the search click the cog in the left and find the option to reset the view to default.
The view should then reset with all the default columns in the view. Go to a different console page and back to make sure the setting is done, then try the search again.
