Kcopy.exe KACE SMA 11.0

There are several cases that require me to try to manually download a software (setup.exe) that is being pushed to the client computer. However, I have difficulty using the KCopy.exe application to download the setup.exe file from the KACE SMA server version 11.0.

Please help, how to download the setup.exe file from the KACE SMA 11.0 server using KCopy.exe ?

this is not built to do so.
The appliance downloads the files to c:\programdata\quest\kace before starting the install (and leave it there if not deleted) so you have it already on the systems.

KCopy was not designed to be used by the customer.

If you are wanting to deploy software, use the Managed Install or the scripting feature of the product.

Thanks for the information. The problem I'm facing is when I push the application (setup.exe) to the client computer. Conditions on the client computer one full day he did not have a connection to the KACE server. Because of this condition, the client computer failed to install the application. Until the next day when the client computer connection is connected to the server, the application (setup.exe) is still not installed. To push the application (setup.exe) I use the manage installation method. What is the solution for this condition? Can anyone help me. Thank you.

The client needs to be connected to deploy using the Managed Install, Scripting, Dell Update Patching..etc.

Clients not connected, there is the User Portal self-service download option. See the SMA Admin guide for more information.
