LDAP Setup Issue
Hi,
After setting up LDAP to use Active Directory, I am no longer able to logon to the KACE Appliance. The logon process now takes about 5 miniutes before it fails with the "Login Failed: Incorrect user name or password". mesage. The domain\username as well as the username format were used and both times the same message was displayed.
Using the "admin" local account to logon only responds with the interface where no changes can be made.
Can anyone recommend what actions need to be taken next to help resolve this issue?

That's part of my problem, I can't login to verify, but from what I remember, there were at least 4 default LDAP entries the one I created. There is a possibility that the base criteria was entered incorrectly.
I entered; OU=Corporate,OU=IS,DC=cpb,DC=corp for the IS OU which is nested under the Corporate OU in the cpb.corp domain.
