License compliance question

Hey Everyone,

I recently switched to a VK1000 and noticed that my License Compliance page is all messed up.  Hardly any of my installs that were originally there show up.  How long does that stuff take to populate?  I was hoping it would not take too long.

Is it possible that I am doing something wrong?

    What version are you running exactly? 6.4 SP2?
    The process that detects the software for licensing purposes runs every 24h normally.

  • I have around 1200 clients that I know have Office of one form or another installed. When I had the physical appliance, it showed the 1200 on license compliance. When I switched to the Virtual, it shows that I have 3 under license compliance.
