Once Microsoft develops a roll-up package for a product, they generally take the single hotfixes offline. If you really do need them for some reason, you should contact your MS rep (if you have one) to obtain them.

Mr Critic I need Appdeploy users help, if you can help me then its fine, If you cant then just shut your mouth,
If the issue is mindless one..... then why are you replying back.
