Software Deployment

I have been searching for good documentation for Wise Package Studio for creating or setting up applications in an environment that will soon include Vista Workstations with probably UAC Enabled.

I want to ensure that when I capture an MSI, that it will work well on Vista with no possible problems. So far Ive found out a bit on setting up WPS on Vista, but I need much more information I think.

Can anyone share with me their thoughts or links to documentation about how to successfully package for Vista?

Note: Currently my company does not use Digital Certificates, this can change if its viewed as a neccessity. We deploy through Altiris on the 'System' side as much as possible.
