Lotus Notes 7.x patch 0719
Greetings Deployers,
I am faced with having to patch Lotus Notes on a single site with appox 500 PCs.
I have Active directory at my disposal for the distribution. The patch is an exe that I have not been able to sucessfully flip to a msi. Appdeploy repackager and admin studion both failed to create a useful msi. The exe does have one dialog to supress and the /s /q doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have any recommendations on msi creators, exe switches or any other ideas
thanks
SK

Forgive me, I know next to nothing about Notes but isn't this kind of thing what Smart Upgrade is meant to handle?
Also, you have H U G E problems if a simple patch executable causes grief for Admin Studio. I can't speak of AppDeploy's Repackager because I've only ever run it in "test" mode: I'm a dyed-in-the-wool WPS man.
