Lotus Notes 8.0.1
I am working on Lotus notes 8.0.1. After we install this package on a machine we are getting the shorcuts and it is working fine. But when we login as a differnet user on the same machin, I am not able to view the shortcuts. What could be the reason ?
No doubt, the package is installed to a machine. When I uninstall it on a different user it is unsitnalling.
Can anyone help on this.

It is a user-context package, so we need to run it at user-level.
ALLUSERS property is set as 1. I have a log file created and I have gone through it but I am not able to find any clue there.
One more thing. If we install lotus notes 8.0.1 we will get Notes minder shortcut along with notes shortcut. When I log in as a different user I able to see Notes Minder shortcut but not notes shortcut.
Thanks
Ramesh

ORIGINAL: ramesh111kUnfortunately, that response doesn't answer the question about what access level the account used has.

ORIGINAL: ramesh111kFortunately, that does. If it were anything else, the install would have failed.
