Managed Windows defender allow list?

We use UltraVNC for helpdesk support and windows defender understandibly detects it as a potential threat. Does anyone know of a way to include a list of allowed programs in the windows defender installer? Or actually I would prefere something that I could configure through GPO or some other means?

Yeah I saw that, but I'm actually looking for a way to centrally manage the allow list rather than depend on the end users to select the correct option. Thanks for the the link though.
