MSI and XP Group Policy - Zenworks

Hi,
We are having some issues installing MSI's to locked down users on our network.
Our environment is Win XP Pro SP1 (with restricted group policy, no C drive etc.), we are using Zenworks 3.2 to deploy our apps.
Has anyone got any ideas on how we can install MSI's in this environment, without making the users 'Adminstrators'?.
