MSI Error
Hi all,
I have repackaged .exe to .MSI. When i am trying to install .MSI in windows XP 32 bit machine, it is showing "This installation type is not supported by this processor type, please contact your package vendor". But when iam trying to install .exe it is installing without any problems.
Please let me clarify on this doubt.Thanks in advance.

Let's go WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY out on a limb here...do you think maybe your MSI is set to target 64bit Windows?

After repackaging the exe to Mai, try opening in Installshield. You may get a pop up that states that the Mai was created old version. Click ok to convert. Let it convert/update and save. This may resolve.....I also would make sure your package is set for 32 bit machines.
